We envision a just future where farming is free of racial violence, accessible to communities, oriented towards environmental well-being, and concerned with health over profit. Since our founding in 2010, we have grown our grassroots network to over 200,000 farmers and supporters and have won historic investments in beginning farmer training, outreach to farmers of color, farmland conservation, and accessible COVID relief.
We are actively expanding our team to help us achieve our bold vision for transformation in our agricultural system.

(Co-)Executive Director
The National dota2(江苏)决赛下载v1.6版 Coalition seeks a/an (Co-)Executive Director to uphold and amplify the mission and vision of dota2(江苏)决赛下载v1.6版, apply the guiding principles and organizational values in all decisions, and administer accountability for implementation of the Strategic Plan. The primary functions of the role include being the main spokesperson/people for the organization and representative to our network, media, and funders; centering the unique needs and experiences of farmers; guiding and working through the Leadership Team of Directors, leaning into their expertise; and upholding an intentional and flexible culture that sustains the capacity needed to serve our members and community. The (Co-)Executive Director position is a full-time, remote position. This role may be structured as a single executive director or co-executive directorship, based on the experience and vision of the final candidate(s).
